RehabCare is the health and social care division of the Rehab Group. Our aim is to enhance the lives of all of our clients through the provision of a high quality, flexible, person centred services. We presently provide and are developing a number of services, including Resource Centres, Supported Accommodation, Respite Care, Sheltered Workshops, Home Based Services, Acquired Brain Injury, Specialist Prader Willi Services and a range of services to individuals with Autistic Spectrum Disorder. Projects include: Accompanying Service Users in programme, social and leisure activities along with staff. Participating in centre based activities to support leisure and personal development. Skills that would be helpful include: Language, communication, sensitivity, experience. Training and Supervision provided (if any): Volunteers will be required to partake in activities supervised by a staff member. Staff will provide support, direction and supervision as necessary. This is a very exciting opportunity to allow Service Users engage in activity with others. Many Service Users are young adults who will benefit from interaction with peers.
