Event Details:

This event is a half-day workshop (morning) and will provide an introduction to a practical Logic Model framework for planning and measuring outcome-focused work, examining what is an outcome-focused approach why it may be useful to work in this way.

Siobhan McGrory works as an Independent Consultant and Trainer. Over the past number of years she has provided training and support to a broad range of organizations in applying an outcome-focused approach to their work and in the development of Logic Models. She has considerable experience in project management, planning, evaluation, policy development and partnership working as well as mentoring and professional development of staff in a broad range of workplaces. She has also lectured to post graduate level for the Department of Health Promotion, at NUI, Galway.
